Standards Roadmap

This Web-based standards roadmap gives access to a variety of EC-related standards and activities. The purpose of this prototype was to develop an XML-based system that could be used to identify appropriate standards information and to report on the status of these standards activities in terms of applicability, maturity, and product availability. In this system, all pertinent standards information is defined in XML. This information is then manipulated using a combination of ASP and XSLT. The XML database was initially sparsely populated just to demonstrate the usability of the system. Please feel free to add information on any of the standards you find.
